Refund Policy
At Hiblunt, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories. Proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable items include customized or personalized products, used items, and items damaged due to misuse.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate. Supporting evidence such as photos may be required.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error.
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
